CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) shares jumped on Wednesday as investors weighed supportive analyst commentary, long-term power access and the company’s expansion into real-time AI inference.
Analysts Assess Growth
BofA Securities maintained a Buy rating and $140 price target. The firm said GPU demand continues to exceed available supply.
It raised its 2026 capital expenditure estimate to $34 billion as CoreWeave targets 1.7 gigawatts of active power by year-end.
Truist Securities upgraded CoreWeave from Hold to Buy while lowering its price target from $131 to $126. Baird initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a $100 target.
Jefferies maintained its Buy rating but cut its price target from $160 to $150. Barclays maintained an Equal-Weight rating and lowered its target from $120 to $90, reflecting a more cautious view of the stock’s risk-reward profile.
Helios Secures Capacity
CoreWeave’s agreements at Galaxy Digital Inc.’s (NASDAQ:GLXY) Helios campus provide 800 megawatts of gross power capacity, equal to 526 megawatts of critical IT load, across multiple phases.
Galaxy’s latest filing covers a 260-megawatt Phase II project leased to CoreWeave under a 15-year base term with two five-year extension options.
The project includes two buildings and eight data halls, with initial rent commencement targeted for the second quarter of 2027.
For CoreWeave, the leases secure access to power and data-center capacity needed for future GPU deployments.
AI Inference Expands
CoreWeave is also expanding into latency-sensitive AI workloads. The company said its AI cloud and NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs will power Anam’s real-time photorealistic avatars.
The Anam partnership broadens CoreWeave’s exposure to AI inference, while the Helios leases provide infrastructure for continued GPU deployment.
CRWV Technical Levels To Watch After Recent Gains
Despite Wednesday’s gain, CRWV remains below its 20-day and 50-day moving averages, keeping the intermediate trend under pressure.
Momentum also remains weak, with the MACD below its signal line and the histogram in negative territory.
Resistance sits near $95, while support is around $70.50. A break below support could shift attention toward the $63.80 52-week low.
