Bitdeer Provides Operations Update for September
Bitdeer announced it mined 1,355 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) last month, representing an increase of 200% on a year-over-year basis. The company noted it anticipated continued momentum in its mining results over the coming months.
In addition to the mining update, Bitdeer said it recently acquired 200 acres near its existing Rockdale facility to support AI/HPC infrastructure development. Bitdeer recently announced agreements securing 67MW of capacity at its A901 data center with full delivery planned for the second quarter of 2027. The company also recently announced an additional 60MW of capacity at its A103 data center with delivery planned for the first quarter of 2028.
Bitdeer further announced offtake commitments covering more than 70% of its A201 data center, generating more than $1.7 billion in expected revenue over five years, which should boost the company’s total AI Cloud revenue backlog to approximately $2.9 billion.
“September demonstrated our ability to convert owned power into contracted AI Cloud revenue,” said Michael Potter, CFO of Bitdeer.
“Our collaboration with Nvidia on enterprise agent safety and the land acquisition near our Rockdale site further support the platform we are building, while our Bitcoin mining business continues to benefit from increased tailwinds as pricing continues to strengthen.”
