DataMeds AI Inc. (NASDAQ:MEDS) shares are surging Monday morning following the launch of its “Health Lives Here” mobile application, a joint initiative with Tollo Health and the NFL Alumni Association.

Here’s what investors need to know.

Expanding Telehealth and AI Diagnostic Capabilities

Per DataMeds AI, the app serves as a hub for patients utilizing GLP-1 receptor agonist medications, offering telemedicine consultations, direct-to-home pharmacy fulfillment through DataMeds’ Corexa Health subsidiary and targeted nutritional support products.

The platform integrates data from popular wearables like Apple Watch and Oura Ring, alongside an AI health coach designed for behavioral health and personalized habit-building. DataMeds plans to expand the app’s focus to include Long COVID patients in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by oncology patients. This expansion will be supported by diagnostic lab services provided through the company’s recent acquisition, Helomics Corporation.

Executive Commentary and Future Growth

“What patients really want is for healthcare to be as easy to use as the apps they rely on every day,” stated Gerald Commissiong, Interim Co-CEO of DataMeds. “Health Lives Here gives patients one front door to telehealth, their local pharmacist and their own health data, and with NFL Alumni Health, we have messengers who can meet people where they are, including in rural and underserved communities.”

Looking ahead, DataMeds aims to introduce digital twin capabilities and a proprietary blockchain option by 2027, granting users greater control over their health data.
