Oracle Corp. (NYSE:ORCL) stock traded higher Monday as the company announced a series of artificial intelligence innovations aimed at automating enterprise operations, strengthening data security and accelerating cloud application deployments.

The announcements, made at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas, span the company’s Fusion Cloud Applications, autonomous database technologies and AI infrastructure.

Oracle Expands AI-Powered Enterprise Automation

Oracle introduced several new Fusion Claw-powered agentic applications across finance, human resources, supply chain management, sales and customer service.

The applications use Oracle Fusion Claw, an AI execution system designed to perform complex business tasks, including financial analysis, workforce planning, procurement optimization and customer service management.

Unlike traditional AI assistants, the new applications can analyze information, evaluate alternatives, coordinate workflows and execute authorized actions while operating within organizational controls.

Oracle also introduced Fusion Companion and Fusion Agentic Home, allowing employees to delegate tasks to AI through supported tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT or directly within Oracle Fusion Applications.

The technology automatically identifies the appropriate workflows, approvals and AI agents needed to complete business objectives without requiring users to navigate multiple applications.

“The next era of enterprise AI is all about delivering software that increasingly does the work, while people define the objectives and set the policies,” said Chris Leone, Oracle’s executive vice president of applications development.

New AI Tools Target Supply Chain and Customer Operations

Oracle expanded its Fusion Agentic Applications with tools designed to help companies manage supply chain disruptions, optimize transportation costs and analyze procurement spending.

The applications include Supply Planning Allocation, which evaluates competing demands for scarce materials and production capacity, and Shipment Load Planning, which identifies opportunities to reduce transportation expenses.

For customer-facing operations, Oracle introduced AI applications designed to optimize sales territories, monitor customer service performance and improve field service scheduling.

The company said the applications can continuously adjust plans as business conditions change while requiring appropriate approvals before executing actions.

Oracle Advances Cloud Implementation and Database AI

Oracle also unveiled an agentic AI platform through Oracle AI Success Navigator to accelerate the implementation and modernization of Fusion Cloud Applications.

The platform combines specialized AI agents, implementation guidance and Oracle product expertise to help customers reduce manual configuration work.

Supporting the initiative is the Oracle Fusion Setup and Configuration Registry, a publicly accessible Git repository containing machine-readable product configurations and reusable AI skills.

Oracle said the registry enables AI agents to plan, execute, test and validate application configurations while allowing human experts to review and approve deployments.

Separately, the company expanded Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse with a business semantic layer, multidimensional modeling capabilities and broader support for Apache Iceberg data.

The updates are designed to let businesses analyze information across cloud environments without unnecessarily moving or duplicating data.

Oracle cited Liberty Energy as a customer using Autonomous AI Lakehouse to combine financial, operational, supply chain and workforce information across its multicloud environment.

Oracle Introduces Deep Trust AI Architecture

Oracle also announced Deep Trust AI Architecture, a framework designed to embed security, privacy and governance controls throughout enterprise AI systems.

The architecture incorporates capabilities from Oracle AI Database, Oracle Autonomous AI Database and Oracle APEX AI Application Generator.

Oracle said the framework establishes safeguards across four technology layers: software platforms, data, data access and application development.

The approach is intended to reduce risks associated with AI agents accessing sensitive enterprise information and executing business transactions.

Investor Day Ahead

The announcements come ahead of Oracle’s Investor Day meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28, during Oracle AI World.

ORCL Price Action: Oracle shares were up 0.61% at $126.92 at the time of publication on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
