Labcorp Holdings (NYSE:LH) on Thursday presented a comprehensive growth strategy and long-term financial forecast during its 2026 Investor Day.
The health care company emphasized its innovation roadmap, technological advancements and solid financial expectations for the coming years.

Reaffirming Financial Targets
The company validated its full-year 2026 financial guidance. Management anticipates adjusted earnings per share between $18.10 and $18.55, surpassing the Wall Street estimate of $18.01.
Furthermore, the firm expects 2026 sales between $14.710 billion and $14.827 billion, edging past the $14.707 billion estimate.
The guidance reflects Diagnostics Laboratories’ sales estimate of $11.45 billion-$11.53 billion, and Biopharma Laboratory Services sales of $3.269 billion-$3.30 billion.
Long-Term Growth Projections
Looking ahead to 2029, the diagnostic testing maker provided an optimistic financial outlook. Management targets a compound annual revenue growth rate of 5% to 8%.
Additionally, the company expects compound annual adjusted EPS growth of 8.5% to 11.5%.
By the end of 2029, the firm aims to expand its adjusted operating margin by 75 to 150 basis points. Compound annual free cash flow growth should mirror the adjusted earnings growth over this period.
Strategic Focus Areas
To achieve these financial milestones, the health care giant established four core strategic priorities.
First, the company plans to spearhead specialty testing by driving innovation in oncology, neurology, autoimmune diseases, and women’s health.
Second, management wants to solidify the firm’s position as a preferred partner for health systems and pharmaceutical companies by utilizing distinct operational and scientific capabilities.
Third, the enterprise will push personalized health solutions forward, deploying scientific insights to guide therapy development and selection.
Finally, advanced technology will shape the organization’s future operations. The firm plans to integrate artificial intelligence and robotics to scale its tailored health care experiences and maintain industry leadership.
