SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SHAZ) stock declined Thursday, impacted by a broader technology sector sell-off following rising Treasury bond yields.

Macro Headwinds Trigger Tech Sell-Off

The 10-year Treasury note yield rose to 4.7%, staying near its 20-month high, while the 30-year bond yield climbed to 5.25%, according to Trading Economics.

Long-maturity Treasury yields bounced back on Thursday, unwinding earlier declines that followed the U.S. Treasury Department’s announcement of expanded debt buybacks. The Treasury plans to double its long-maturity buybacks at least to $4 billion next quarter.

Deployment Milestone Achieved

The market decline overshadowed company-specific news released Thursday. Sharon AI announced the completion and customer acceptance of its initial AI Cloud deployment for a global technology customer.

Customer acceptance fulfills a core requirement under a five-year AI Cloud infrastructure agreement with an initial value of roughly $950 million.

The milestone also releases cash security held in escrow. Revenue from the project is scheduled to begin across the third and fourth quarters of 2026.

SHAZ Stock: Critical Levels To Watch

From a trend perspective, SHAZ is still trying to stabilize after a rough 12 months (down 38.41%), and the moving-average stack remains a headwind. The stock is essentially sitting on its short-term trend gauges (near the 20-day SMA at $58.43 and the 100-day SMA at $58.55) but is still trading 14.5% below its 50-day SMA at $68.42, which keeps rallies vulnerable to selling.

Momentum is best framed by RSI, which is at 46.42—neutral, but leaning soft after the recent downswing. RSI is a quick way to gauge whether a move is getting stretched; here it suggests SHAZ isn’t “washed out,” but it also isn’t showing strong upside pressure yet.

SHAZ Stock Price Activity: SharonAI Holdings shares were down 10.85% to $58.35 at the time of publication on Thursday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
