Vivakor Inc. (NASDAQ:VIVK), an energy infrastructure company, announced two new long-term crude oil programs Wednesday.

The programs increased its recurring marketing platform to approximately $1.5 billion in annualized commercial activity.

Crude Oil Platform Expands

The two new long-term crude oil marketing programs add approximately $400 million in annualized commercial activity.

They cover recurring purchases and sales of about 500,000 barrels per month.

Vivakor’s announced platform now totals approximately 1.54 million barrels per month, or 18.4 million barrels annually. The new programs run from Aug. 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.

The expansion follows Vivakor’s July 21 announcement that four recurring crude oil transactions had increased the platform to approximately $709 million in annualized activity. That news sent VIVK shares up more than 200% during the session.

Gross Profit Remains A Fraction Of Activity

Vivakor Supply & Trading acts as an intermediary in the physical crude oil supply chain and recognizes only a small percentage of total transaction value as gross profit.

The amount recognized will depend on market conditions, commodity pricing, transaction structure, and delivered volumes.

“Our Supply & Trading platform continues to execute at a strong pace,” Chairman and CEO James Ballengee said. He added that the company has expanded its announced commercial marketing platform from about $700 million to $1.5 billion in annualized commercial activity in a matter of weeks.
