Guidewire Software Inc.  (NYSE:GWRE) posted its third-quarter results after Thursday’s closing bell. Here’s a look at the details inside the report. 

Guidewire Q3 Details       

Guidewire Software reported quarterly adjusted earnings of 82 cents per share, which beat the 74 cent analyst estimate

Quarterly revenue came in at $372.54 million, which beat the Street estimate of $355.95 million.

Subscription and support revenue was $244.7 million, an increase of 35%; license revenue was $56 million, a decrease of 2%; and services revenue was $71.8 million, an increase of 32%, each compared to the same quarter in fiscal year 2025.

“Third-quarter results reinforce our confidence in the strength and continuing momentum of our business, and set us up well for what should be a record fourth quarter,” said Mike Rosenbaum, CEO of Guidewire.

“It’s clear that our strategy and market position are resonating with insurers as they focus on modernizing core systems, migrating critical business functions to our cloud platform solutions, and adopting AI across our applications,” Rosenbaum added.

GWRE Stock Price Activity: According to data from Benzinga Pro, Guidewire Software stock dropped 14.66% to $129 in Thursday’s extended trading.
