U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 1% on Monday.
Shares of TOYO Co., Ltd (NASDAQ:TOYO) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter EPS results.
Toyo posted quarterly earnings of 75 cents per share, beating market estimates of 72 cents per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $142.773 million versus expectations of $202.900 million.
TOYO shares surged 13.7% to $14.41 on Monday.

- Liveramp Holdings Inc (NYSE:RAMP) gained 27.6% to $37.84. Publicis acquired LiveRamp for $2.2 billion in all-cash deal at $38.50 per share. LiveRamp also reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings.
- HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:HIVE) rose 27% to $3.42 after the company announced its subsidiary, Buzz HPC, plans on building a 320 MW AI gigafactory in Ontario, Canada.
- T1 Energy Inc (NYSE:TE) gained 23.7% to $7.02.
- Autolus Therapeutics PLC (NASDAQ:AUTL) gained 16.6% to $1.90.
- Genius Sports Ltd (NYSE:GENI) rose 16.2% to $4.92.
- Brady Corp (NYSE:BRC) gained 15.4% to $81.91 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 adjusted EPS guidance above estimates. Also, the company narrowed its FY26 GAAP EPS guidance above estimates.
- Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:BIO) gained 11.6% to $276.34. Activist Elliott built a big stake in Bio-Rad, the Wall Street Journal reported.
- Blackline Inc (NASDAQ:BL) gained 11% to $30.26.
- Roblox Corp (NYSE:RBLX) gained 10.2% to $47.21.
- Zeta Global Holdings Corp (NYSE:ZETA) rose 8.7% to $18.69.
- Dominion Energy Inc (NYSE:D) gained 8.7% to $67.15 following reports suggesting NextEra Energy is discussing a stock deal that would give the company a $66 billion valuation.
- ServiceNow Inc (NYSE:NOW) rose 7.4% to $102.09 as investors rotated into selective mega-cap software names amid a mixed broader market backdrop. Nasdaq futures edged up 0.02%, while S&P 500 futures slipped 0.24%.
- Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp (NASDAQ:CTSH) gained 7.3% to $50.57 after the company announced a $2 billion increase to its stock buyback program and doubled its 2026 share buyback target to $2 billion.
