DeFi Technologies, Babcock & Wilcox And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 1% on Friday.

Shares of DeFi Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:DEFT) fell in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.

DeFi Technologies reported quarterly earnings of 1 cent per share, down from 10 cents per share in the year-ago period. The company reported sales of $11.193 million, down from $43.792 million a year ago.

DeFi Technologies shares dipped 5.3% to $0.77 in pre-market trading.

  • LG Display Co Ltd (NYSE:LPL) shares dipped 11.2% to $4.74 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Thursday.
  • Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc (NYSE:BW) declined 10.5% to $19.00 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of common stock offering.
  • Aeluma Inc (NASDAQ:ALMU) dipped 9.8% to $24.04 in pre-market trading. Aeluma shares dipped 15% on Thursday after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter sales results and narrowed its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
  • Tango Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:TNGX) fell 9.5% to $22.50 in pre-market trading. Jefferies analyst Maury Raycroft downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold and raised the price target from $18 to $27.
  • AIAI Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:AIAI) fell 9.1% to $13.72 in pre-market trading.
  • Everspin Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:MRAM) declined 8% to $37.40 in pre-market trading.
  • Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) fell 7.8% to $64.50 in pre-market trading after gaining around 12% on Thursday.
  • Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd (NASDAQ:SCZM) dipped 7.6% to $8.96 in pre-market trading.
  • WhiteFiber Inc (NASDAQ:WYFI) declined 7.5% to $27.75 in pre-market trading. Needham analyst John Todaro maintained Whitefiber with a Buy and raised the price target from $36 to $38.

  • Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:NVTS) declined 5.2% to $21.15 in pre-market trading.
  • Micware Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:MWC) fell 4.5% to $7.83 in pre-market trading. Micware priced its upsized 2.85 million-American Depositary Share initial public offering at $8.00 per ADS.
