With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Tuesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE:UNH) to report quarterly earnings at $6.58 per share on revenue of $109.58 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. UnitedHealth shares rose 0.5% to $325.03 in after-hours trading.
  • Alaska Air Group Inc. (NYSE:ALK) reported downbeat results for the first quarter. The company posted quarterly losses of $1.68 per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of $1.34 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.300 billion, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $3.308 billion. Alaska Air shares fell 3.9% to $41.85 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE) to post quarterly earnings at $2.79 per share on revenue of $5.10 billion. The company will release earnings after the markets close. General Electric shares gained 0.2% to $304.24 in after-hours trading.

  • Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) announced an expanded strategic collaboration with Anthropic. Amazon announced that Anthropic is committed to spending more than $100 billion on Amazon Web Services technology over the next 10 years to secure five gigawatts (GW) of capacity to train and power the company’s advanced AI models. Amazon shares gained 2.4% to $254.30 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect 3M Co. (NYSE:MMM) to post quarterly earnings at $1.99 per share on revenue of $6.01 billion before the opening bell. 3M shares gained 0.3% to $151.84 in after-hours trading.
