U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling more than 1% on Friday.

Shares of Oxford Industries Inc (NYSE:OXM) rose sharply during Friday’s session following fourth-quarter results.

Oxford Industries reported quarterly losses of 9 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of earnings of 2 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $374.500 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $371.838 million.

Oxford Industries also raised its quarterly dividend from 69 cents to 70 cents per share.

Oxford Industries shares jumped 11.2% to $35.47/

  • Tamboran Resources Corp (NYSE:TBN) gained 9.9% to $37.96.
  • Ramaco Resources Inc (NASDAQ:METC) shares jumped 8.8% to $15.20.
  • Unity Software Inc (NYSE:U) shares rose 8.3% to $18.56 after the company issued preliminary first-quarter sales guidance of $505 million to $508 million, above its earlier guidance of $480 million to $490 million.
  • Methanex Corp (NASDAQ:MEOH) gained 7.7% to $64.01.
  • Vor Biopharma Inc (NASDAQ:VOR) shares jumped 6.8% to $14.50 after the company announced the pricing of its private placement of 5.4 million shares at $14.05 per share.
  • Kopin Corp (NASDAQ:KOPN) gained 6.2% to $2.04 following fourth-quarter results.
  • SIGA Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:SIGA) rose 5.6% to $5.24 after the company announced it declared a special cash dividend of 60 cents per share.
