HCA Healthcare Posts Upbeat Q4 Earnings, Joins Redwire, General Motors And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones falling over 400 points on Tuesday.

Shares of HCA Healthcare Inc (NYSE:HCA) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter adjusted EPS results and raised its FY25 guidance above estimates.

HCA Healthcare reported quarterly earnings of $8.01 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $7.43 per share

HCA Healthcare shares jumped 9.5% to $517.00 on Tuesday.

  • General Motors Co (NYSE:GM) surged 6.8% to $84.84 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly adjusted EPS results. Also, the company raised its dividend.
  • Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ:LRCX) gained 5.3% to $234.58.
