On CNBC’s “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Joe Terranova, senior managing director for Virtus Investment Partners, picked Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE:RJF), saying volatility is not going away.

TD Cowen analyst Bill Katz, on Wednesday, maintained Raymond James with a Hold and raised the price target from $180 to $187.

Stephen Weiss, chief investment officer and managing partner of Short Hills Capital Partners, named SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE:GLD) as his final trade.

Shannon Saccocia, chief investment officer of NB Private Wealth, picked iShares U.S. Basic Materials ETF (NYSE:IYM) as her final trade.

Kari Firestone, co-founder of Aureus Asset Management, named CNX Resources Corporation (NYSE:CNX), a natural gas producer. She added that natural gas prices have surged by 10% over the last year and finally and this is a very inexpensive way to play.

On the earnings front, CNX Resources will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter on Thursday, Jan. 29. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly earnings at 39 cents per share on revenue of $427.49 million.
