On CNBC’s “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer said he likes Howmet Aerospace Inc. (NYSE:HWM) and recommended buying the same. “It’s come down a great deal, and the numbers continue to be good,” he added.
Supporting his choice, Howmet Aerospace reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results on Oct. 29 and raised its FY26 guidance above estimates.
When asked about Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ), he said, “I see many more good things on the horizon, including when they get rid of the commodity-based synthetic joint stuff that I don’t want to own because I think it’s too low a multiple. Orthopedics, goodbye; J&J, hello. Own the stock.”
Johnson & Johnson is scheduled to hold an Enterprise Business Review for the investment community on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Cramer said that although Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ:WDC) is a good company, but Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) is a better company.
On the earnings front, Western Digital posted its first-quarter fiscal 2027 results on Oct. 22, beating Street estimates on the top and bottom lines.
“I think that that’s the kind of company that if you see Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) going down like this, I can only tell you Nebius should be going down twice as fast. We have high-quality tech stocks that go down every single day, and Nebius is not high quality,” Cramer said when asked about Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ:NBIS).
Nebius said it will release its third-quarter financial results before the opening bell on Thursday, Nov. 12.
When asked about KLA Corporation (NASDAQ:KLAC), Cramer said Lam Research (NASDAQ:LRCX) is now his favorite. “That’s at 23 times earnings. I am not going to stick my head in that lion’s den. These stocks are in free fall. We don’t buy free fall,” he added.
On the earnings front, KLA reported better-than-expected first-quarter results on Oct. 28 and issued second-quarter sales guidance with its midpoint above estimates.
