Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) may have already bottomed, with historical cycle patterns signaling a potential bull run into 2027, according to market analysis account Kaizen Research.

The firm also identified Hyperliquid as measured by Hyperliquid STrategies Inc (NASDAQ:PURR) and Zcash (CRYPTO: ZEC) as worth watching in a research article published Oct. 28.

Has BTC Already Bottomed?

Kaizen Research’s “Ultimate Crypto Playbook for 2026–2027” suggests Bitcoin may be nearing a bottom, citing extreme bearish sentiment and historical cycle patterns.

Bitcoin is 382 days past its October 2025 peak, within the historical 364–406-day bottoming window, suggesting a potential low between Oct. 5 and Nov. 16.

The analysis identifies Bitcoin’s 200-day moving average as a key recovery signal.

Despite inflation, Fed tightening, election uncertainty and quantum computing concerns, Bitcoin has held above its June low of $58,000.

Kaizen Research claims these risks are largely priced in, strengthening the bottoming case.

BTC’s Next Bull Run To Begin In 2027

Bitcoin’s long-term investment appeal remains intact despite its recent underperformance against the S&P 500 and AI stocks.

Citing research from Fidelity Digital Assets, the firm suggests Bitcoin could increasingly behave like gold as a hedge against currency debasement rather than simply tracking global liquidity.

Bitcoin has been the best-performing major asset class in nine of the past 13 calendar years, demonstrating its ability to deliver substantial long-term returns despite sharp corrections.

The analysis also points to renewed Bitcoin purchases by Strategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) as a sign of improving institutional confidence.

Could Hyperliquid And Zcash Outperform BTC?

Kaizen Research suggests the next crypto bull market could favor revenue-generating projects over speculative assets.

HYPE reportedly surged 205.2% year to date to $77.64, outperforming BTC’s 6.7% decline.

Hyperliquid and Pump.fun reportedly account for nearly 90% of crypto token buybacks in 2026, highlighting growing demand for tokenholder value.

Privacy-focused Zcash could be a potential outperformer in the next cycle, without providing a detailed valuation case.
