The company also announced a leadership appointment and outlined plans to expand its autonomous defense systems business.

Xtend Revenue Outlook Signals Growth

Xtend expects revenue of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026. The preliminary figures surpass its total 2025 revenue.

The company estimates AI Robotics revenue of $23 million to $24 million. Meanwhile, its construction segment contributed an estimated $1.5 million to $2.5 million following the September acquisition of JFB Construction Holdings.

Appoints Former Navy SEAL to Lead U.S. Operations

Xtend named Matt McGraw CEO of its U.S. business. McGraw brings more than 25 years of military service, including leadership roles in Naval Special Warfare Command.

He will oversee U.S. sales, production and delivery as Xtend expands its defense operations.

The appointment follows a $40.5 million order for 6,000 STRIKER drone systems under the U.S. Drone Dominance Program.

Company Targets Recurring Software Revenue

In a shareholder letter, CEO Aviv Shapira outlined plans to shift from custom projects toward standardized autonomous systems.

The strategy centers on Xtend’s XOS software and its STRIKER, Scorpio 500 and Scorpio 1000 platforms.

Furthermore, Xtend is restructuring operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The company aims to expand recurring software revenue and strengthen its path toward profitability.

Partnerships with Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT) Skunk Works and Quantum Systems support its efforts to integrate XOS across additional robotic platforms.

The latest developments highlight Xtend’s focus on defense contracts, production expansion and software-driven growth.
