Braiin Limited (NASDAQ:BRAI) shares are trading higher Monday after the company launched Force AI, expanding the capabilities of its RADIUS AI-powered contact center platform.

Braiin Launches Force AI

Force AI is a unified orchestration layer at the core of RADIUS, Braiin’s contact-center-as-a-service platform. It lets enterprises run customer operations on OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, Azure OpenAI, open models such as Llama and Mistral, or their own models, without being tied to a single provider.

Clients can switch models as cost, performance or regulatory needs change. Force AI is available on-premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid setup, which Braiin said is a key requirement for regulated industries and government clients. It includes real-time masking of personal information, automated auditing and audit trails.

“With Force AI, our clients can bring OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or their own models into production contact center operations with minimal headaches and compliance already built in,” said Natraj Balasubramanian, Braiin’s founder and CEO.

Force AI Powers Three Products, Targets $56.9 Billion Market

Force AI powers AI Engage, an agentic layer whose agents handle customers autonomously, AI Assist, a real-time co-pilot for human agents, and AI Insight, which analyzes every interaction.

Braiin cited results from selected client deployments, including up to 60% self-service containment for routine inquiries and up to a 30% increase in first-contact resolution. It noted that the figures are indicative and that actual results vary.

The company said the global contact center software market is estimated at $56.9 billion in 2026 and is projected to reach $227.6 billion by 2033, according to Grand View Research. RADIUS handled more than 4.5 million customer interactions with 99.9% uptime in the 12 months ended March 31, 2026.
