Trader Notes:

Crypto trader Emperor said that Bitcoin’s $80,000 support is critical, warning that a breakdown could trigger a liquidity sweep toward $75,000 before the next major rally.

The weekly chart is showing early bullish structure following its rebound from $60,000, but it remains vulnerable near a key supply zone.

The daily chart repeatedly slipped below $80,000 and failed to reclaim $80,600, a former resistance level now acting as a key technical hurdle.

Emperor adds that these uncertain prices levels could offer attractive buying opportunities, although he favors smaller positions amid heightened volatility.

He highlighted Wednesday’s Federal Reserve decision, Microsoft and Alphabet earnings, Thursday’s PCE inflation and GDP data, and Amazon and Coinbase earnings as major catalysts.

Rising oil prices and geopolitical tensions could add inflationary pressure, while next week’s U.S. midterm elections present another potential market catalyst.
