Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has become one of the most closely watched names in congressional trading, thanks largely to husband Paul Pelosi’s history of market-beating investments. But her latest disclosure may disappoint investors looking for the next big stock idea.
Pelosi’s New Disclosure
A recent Pelosi disclosure shows an investment of between $500,000 and $1 million in REOF XXX LLC, according to the Benzinga Government Trades page.
Unlike the stock and options trades that typically draw attention from Pelosi watchers, this was a real-estate investment, which is also subject to congressional disclosure requirements.
“Investment in LLC which is acquiring and managing a commercial office property at 225 Bush Street in San Francisco,” the filing says.
The REOF name will be familiar to those who closely follow Pelosi’s disclosures. The entities are tied to real-estate investments associated with Greg Flynn.
In July, Pelosi disclosed another $500,000-to-$1 million investment through REOF, this time involving a luxury hotel property in San Francisco.
Past disclosures show 13 REOF investments since 2019, totaling between $2.51 million and $5.15 million.
Pelosi’s Investment History
Like the stock and options transactions involving Paul Pelosi, the real-estate investments form part of the couple’s broader disclosed portfolio.
Pelosi is not seeking re-election this year and is set to leave Congress in January 2027, bringing an end to the congressional disclosure filings that have made her household’s investments closely watched by retail traders.
In 2026, Pelosi has continued to disclose new stock positions as well as the exercise of options purchased more than a year earlier.
Her husband has frequently used long-dated call options, often with expiration dates more than a year away and strike prices below the stock’s market price at the time of disclosure.
Earlier this year, Pelosi disclosed large stock and options positions in Bloom Energy (NYSE:BE) and Uber Technologies (NYSE:UBER).
Those mark the last stock and options transactions disclosed by Pelosi.
