Michael Burry reshuffled his options portfolio on Wednesday, exiting his Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA) and Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ:PLTR) December 2026 puts, while keeping longer-dated puts intact, per the Michael Burry Stock Tracker X account.

According to the post, Burry sold his December 2026 Nvidia puts and December 2026 Palantir puts entirely, while keeping his 2027 PLTR puts and 2027 Invesco QQQ Trust (NASDAQ:QQQ) Trust puts unchanged.

Burry also trimmed every other position in an effort to reduce risk. The claims were shared in an X post by @burrytracker.

Burry’s Concerns on Palantir’s Balance Sheet

Burry recently highlighted concerns about Palantir’s financial practices, writing: “Palantir is losing bargaining power and channel stuffing.. The former is a weak business position; the latter, a crime.”

He pointed to the company’s accounts receivable, which have grown faster than revenue in nine of the last 12 quarters. Burry suggests this pattern may involve channel stuffing or aggressive revenue recognition, potentially weakening Palantir’s business position.

Palantir and Nebius Partnership

On Tuesday, Palantir and Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ:NBIS) unveiled a strategic partnership, naming Nebius as Palantir’s preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner.

The collaboration allows Palantir customers to deploy and fine-tune open models on Nebius hardware, challenging Burry’s bearish bets against both companies.
