Q32 Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:QTTB) stock traded lower after the company priced a public offering expected to raise about $200 million in gross proceeds.

Q32 Bio Prices $200M Offering

The company will sell 6,027,399 common shares at $18.25 each and pre-funded warrants to purchase 4,931,506 shares at $18.2499 per warrant.

Each pre-funded warrant has an exercise price of $0.0001 per share.

Q32 Bio also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,643,835 additional shares at the offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The estimated proceeds exclude any exercise of the underwriters’ option and pre-funded warrants. The offering is expected to close on or about July 16, 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Proceeds Support Bempikibart

Q32 Bio plans to use the net proceeds for working capital, research, clinical development and commercialization activities, including future trials of bempikibart.

Bempikibart is a fully human anti-IL-7Rα antibody undergoing evaluation in an ongoing Phase 2 program for alopecia areata.

Earnings And Analyst Outlook

Q32 Bio is estimated to report earnings on Aug. 5, 2026.

Analysts expect a loss of 56 cents per share, narrowing from a loss of 78 cents a year earlier. Revenue is projected at $600,000, compared with no revenue in the prior-year period.

The stock carries a Strong Buy consensus rating and an average price forecast of $33.25.

Wells Fargo upgraded the stock to Overweight with a $66 price target on July 13. Oppenheimer maintained an Outperform rating and raised its target to $40 the same day. Mizuho initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a $14 target on May 22.
