Notable Developments:

Trader Notes: Crypto trader Kevin noted that Bitcoin’s two-year liquidity heatmap shows the strongest concentration between $44,000 and $49,000.

This range also aligns with the 12-day 200 EMA and SMA, levels Bitcoin historically revisited during major downturns between 2020 and 2022.

Based on this chart structure, the analyst believes Bitcoin could retest this zone later this year, potentially forming a market bottom before entering a new accumulation phase and the next bullish cycle.

Trader Altcoin Sherpa said Bitcoin is showing mixed signals across different timeframes.

On higher-timeframe charts, the asset still appears to be a strong buy, while mid-timeframes look less convincing as price trades near the top of its range. Lower timeframes remain uncertain, with no clear directional trend.

The trader noted that trading decisions ultimately depend on individual strategy and timeframe, making independent analysis essential.
