With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Thursday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects Kroger Co. (NYSE:KR) to report quarterly earnings at $1.20 per share on revenue of $35.06 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Kroger shares fell 1% to close at $67.99 on Wednesday.
- Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO) reported better-than-expected financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 after the close on Wednesday. The company reported first-quarter revenue of $19.31 billion, beating analyst estimates of approximately $19.20 billion. The company posted adjusted earnings of $2.05 per share for the quarter, beating analyst estimates of $2.02 per share, according to Benzinga Pro. Broadcom shares gained 5.3% to $334.25 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Costco Wholesale Corp. (NASDAQ:COST) to post quarterly earnings at $4.56 per share on revenue of $69.26 billion. The company will release earnings after the markets close. Costco shares rose 0.1% to $1,007.22 in after-hours trading.

- Veeva Systems Inc. (NYSE:VEEV) reported upbeat fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY27 guidance above estimates. Guidance for the next fiscal year calls for revenue in a range of $3.585 billion to $3.600 billion versus a Street estimate of $3.56 billion. The company sees fiscal 2027 earnings per share coming in at $8.85 versus a Street estimate of $8.58. Veeva shares jumped 11.3% to $209.80 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BJ) to post quarterly earnings at 92 cents per share on revenue of $5.54 billion before the opening bell. BJ’s Wholesale shares rose 1.2% to $101.22 in after-hours trading.
