U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Thursday.

Shares of Grocery Outlet Holding Corp (NASDAQ:GO) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 sales guidance below estimates.

Grocery Outlet reported quarterly earnings of 19 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 21 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.215 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.223 billion.

Grocery Outlet shares dipped 26.3% to $6.48 in pre-market trading.

  • StubHub Holdings Inc (NYSE:STUB) declined 8.5% to $9.30 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected quarterly adjusted EPS results.
  • Battalion Oil Corp (NYSE:BATL) fell 8.1% to $17.08 in pre-market trading after declining 33% on Wednesday. The company recently announced plans to raise approximately $15 million.
  • Coherent Corp (NYSE:COHR) declined 4.7% to $262.01 in pre-market trading. Needham, on Wednesday, maintained its Buy rating on the stock and raised its price target from $235 to $330.
  • SK Telecom Co Ltd (NYSE:SKM) fell 4.6% to $30.05 in pre-market trading. SK Telecom shares gained 8% on Wednesday after the company announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Supermicro and Schneider Electric to develop a total solution for AI data centers.
  • BW LPG Ltd (NYSE:BWLP) fell 4.4% to $17.47 in pre-market trading.
  • HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:HIVE) slipped 4.4% to $2.20 in pre-market trading.
  • Genworth Financial Inc (NYSE:GNW) fell 4.2% to $8.20 in pre-market trading.
  • Lumentum Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:LITE) dipped 3.8% to $655.10 in pre-market trading. Needham analyst Ryan Koontz, on Wednesday, maintained Lumentum with a Buy and raised the price target from $550 to $850.
  • IREN Ltd (NASDAQ:IREN) declined 3.6% to $42.20 in pre-market trading. IREN entered into purchase agreements for over 50,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs that will expand its total fleet to 150,000 GPUs.
