Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE:DELL) stock rose Wednesday ahead of the company’s fourth-quarter earnings report, which is scheduled for release after the market closes on Thursday, February 26.
Analysts are estimating an earnings per share of $3.44 on quarterly revenue of $31.77 billion. This follows a third-quarter performance where Dell beat EPS estimates by 0.08%, reporting $2.59 against a $2.39 forecast.

On Wednesday, Dell introduced the Dell PowerEdge XR9700, a rugged, liquid-cooled server designed to run Cloud RAN and edge AI workloads in outdoor environments.
The IP66-rated, zero-footprint system can be mounted on utility poles and rooftops, operating in temperatures from -40°C to 46°C. Powered by Intel Corp.’ s(NASDAQ:INTC) Xeon 6 SoC processors with Intel vRAN Boost and AMX technologies, it supports up to 15 5G sectors per server.

The Dell PowerEdge XR9700 brings Cloud RAN, Open RAN, and edge AI capabilities to places they’ve never been able to go before, opening up new possibilities for network expansion and edge applications.”
Rakuten Mobile plans nationwide deployment in Japan. The server will be available globally in the second half of 2026.
