Agencia Comercial Spirits Ltd. (NASDAQ:AGCC) stock rose Friday as the company explores new opportunities in AI computing infrastructure.

This positive movement comes amid a mixed performance in the broader market, with major indices showing slight declines.

AGCC’s Leap Into AI Infrastructure

Agencia has signed two nonbinding letters of intent (LOIs) as it considers diversifying beyond its core Taiwan-based whisky import and distribution business.

The first LOI, signed January 15, 2026, outlines a proposal to lease approximately 300 Nvidia Corp.’s (NASDAQ:NVDA) B300 (Blackwell) AI servers from Ricloud AI Inc., representing an estimated $120 million contract value, subject to final configuration and hardware availability.

The LOI requires a $3.5 million deposit within five business days, refundable if no definitive agreement is reached and there is no material breach. Although Ricloud is listed in Nvidia’s partner directory, AGCC noted that Nvidia has not confirmed supply or delivery capacity, and directory inclusion does not constitute an endorsement.

The second LOI concerns a proposed 50,000-square-meter data center site in Indonesia, potentially through a new affiliate. Booking payments total $180,000 plus 3 billion Indonesian Rupiah and 11% VAT, and are described as nonrefundable if cancelled.

Both LOIs are preliminary and subject to due diligence, financing, regulatory approvals, and definitive agreements.

Technical Analysis

The stock is currently trading 18.9% above its 20-day simple moving average (SMA) and 16.7% above its 50-day SMA, indicating strong short-term momentum. Over the past 12 months, shares have increased by 91.90%, and they are currently closer to their 52-week highs than their lows.

The RSI is at 60.72, which is considered neutral territory, while the MACD is above its signal line, indicating bullish momentum. The combination of a neutral RSI and bullish MACD suggests mixed momentum, indicating potential for further gains if the stock maintains its current trajectory.
