Shares of Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:CRDO) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported preliminary results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026.

The company said it expects to report revenue in the range of $404 million to $408 million, up from prior guidance of $335 million to $345 million. The company added that it expects sequential revenue growth in the mid-single digits to round out the year, leading to more than 200% year-over-year growth in the current fiscal year.

Credo Technology shares jumped 17.4% to $144.87 in the pre-market trading session.
