Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ:ONDS) shares are trading higher Monday after the company announced its subsidiary, 4M Defense, was awarded a large-scale multi-year demining program in Israel.

Multi-Year Demining Contract Secured in Israel

Ondas said its smart demining subsidiary won a tender valued at over $30 million for a multi-year land-clearance program along the Israel-Syria border. The project represents one of the largest demining efforts ever undertaken in Israel.

The program will be executed based on defined milestones, with an initial execution period of up to three years and options for extensions and scope expansion. The project covers approximately 741 acres in a historically contaminated and strategically sensitive region.

Ondas said the award highlights growing demand for advanced, technology-driven approaches to land clearance in high-risk defense environments. The company noted that 4M Defense’s smart demining capabilities combine autonomy, robotics and aerial intelligence to improve safety, speed and operational efficiency.

The company said the program aligns with its broader strategy to deliver end-to-end solutions across the full border security lifecycle, including monitoring, intelligence gathering and post-conflict land clearance. Ondas added that the award strengthens its position in Israel and expands its role in defense-related and humanitarian demining missions.

Ondas expects the deployment to serve as a reference program for future large-scale autonomous demining and land-intelligence projects globally.
