HIVE Achieves 290% Hashrate Growth In 2026
In a strategic move, HIVE has upgraded its mining fleet by acquiring 2,667 Bitmain S21 XP ASIC miners, expected to boost its global hashrate to 25.5 EH/s and enhance fleet efficiency. This upgrade is part of HIVE’s efforts to improve operational margins and lower costs.
Executive Chairman Frank Holmes emphasized the importance of disciplined execution, stating that the company’s growth and market share are bolstered by its economies of scale.
Meanwhile, President and CEO Aydin Kilic highlighted the role of renewable energy and high-efficiency hardware in achieving January’s results, which laid a foundation for further expansion into AI and high-performance computing.
