Valio Technologies Deal Delivers $2M Capital Infusion

The Valio Technologies agreement delivers both immediate financial impact and meaningful long-term upside for Brand Engagement Network. Under the terms, a new South Africa–based entity will provide a $2.05 million preferred equity investment in BNAI, which will be recognized as intellectual property licensing revenue.

Beyond the upfront capital, BNAI secures a 25% equity stake in the new entity and a 35% share of revenue generated from all software, SaaS and subscription products. The partnership is structured as a perpetual agreement, with BNAI holding a right of first refusal on any future sale of the entity.

Governed AI Rollout With Nelson Mandela University

At the heart of this expansion is a collaboration with Nelson Mandela University to launch a governed AI pilot focused on student mental health and wellbeing.

This initiative represents BNAI’s second major international licensing deal, following the successful Skye LATAM partnership, and reinforces the company’s growing role as a provider of sovereignty-aligned AI solutions.

BNAI’s Unprecedented Strength

The stock is currently trading 273.2% above its 20-day SMA and 308.5% above its 100-day SMA, demonstrating significant strength in its short-term trend. Over the past 12 months, shares have surged 197.47% and are positioned closer to their 52-week highs than lows, reflecting a robust upward trend.

The RSI is at 77.72, indicating overbought conditions, while the MACD is above its signal line, suggesting bullish momentum. The combination of overbought RSI and bullish MACD indicates traders should be cautious of a potential pullback.
