ACM Research, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACMR) stock rose Thursday after the company revised its 2025 outlook and provided above-consensus 2026 guidance.

ACM Research revised its 2025 revenue outlook to $885–$900 million, from $875–$925 million (versus consensus of $904.47 million).

For 2026, the company projects revenue of $1.080 billion to $1.175 billion (versus the street view of $1.05 billion).

Management Commentary

Dr. David Wang, ACM’s President and Chief Executive Officer, states that he expects stronger revenue growth in 2026, driven by continued investments in production capacity and market share gains from the newer products.

He adds that customer WFE spending is anticipated to remain relatively stable, with additional contributions from our single-wafer SPM cleaners, Tahoe cleaning tools, and Furnace series.

Also, management projects acceleration in their Oregon investments to aid the industry’s move toward domestic semiconductor manufacturing.

ACM plans to release its fourth quarter and full year 2025 results in late February 2026.

ACMR Price Action: ACM Research shares were up 2.39% at $54.73 during premarket trading on Thursday. The stock is trading near its 52-week high of $54.82, according to Benzinga Pro data.
