U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling more than 200 points on Wednesday.
Shares of TG Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:TGTX) rose sharply during Wednesday’s session after the company reported preliminary fiscal-year 2025 total global revenue results on Tuesday after the market closed.
TG Therapeutics said preliminary total global revenue for full-year 2025 was approximately $616 million. The company reported preliminary U.S. net product revenue for BRIUMVI of approximately $182 million for the fourth quarter and $594 million for the full year. The financial figures are unaudited and subject to final closing procedures.
TG Therapeutics shares jumped 11.6% to $31.10 on Wednesday.

- Array Digital Infrastructure Inc (NYSE:AD) gained 7.8% to $57.87.
- Concentrix Corp (NASDAQ:CNXC) jumped 7.7% to $42.18. Concentrix on Tuesday reported its fourth-quarter results and issued forward guidance that weighed on investor sentiment.
- Adient PLC (NYSE:ADNT) surged 7.5% to $23.05. Adient is scheduled to discuss first-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results on Feb. 4.
- Kindly MD Inc (NASDAQ:NAKA) gained 7.4% to $0.50.
- Cadeler (NYSE:CDLR) gained 7.2% to $21.92.
- Innovative Solutions and Support Inc (NASDAQ:ISSC) rose 7.2% to $20.63.
- Nutrien Ltd (NYSE:NTR) gained 7% to $65.62. Morgan Stanley analyst Vincent Sinisi upgraded Nutrien from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised the price target from $70 to $77.
- Alpha Tau Medical Ltd (NASDAQ:DRTS) gained 6.4% to $6.98.
